An old imperium training ground, now taken over by formerly slumbering Sautekh Necrons. Led by Overlord Joachim, They go about reclaiming their old relics.
Unfortunately for the Necrons, a small horde of Badmoon gitz led by Warboss Noodle have arrived for some lootin’!
The Orks take the initiative by pushing up, shooting the Immortals on the left.
After a successful volley, they pile in taking out the entire unit. First round goes to the Orks!
In the face of sheer numbers, the Necrons didn’t falter. They made a tactical retreat and unleashed a volley of fire. This effectively wiped out the shooty Ork pests that came pouring in.
The Orks fight back, charging and wiping out another unit of Necron Warriors. Tellyporta pads from the Space Hulk in the skies above drop in some Traktor Kannons to take out the Necrons’ massive Doomsday Ark. The Ark’s Quantum Shielding pulled through, reducing its wound count from 18 to 5 instead of getting outright destroyed.
The Orks push harder, killing even more Necron Warriors. But its not enough. Thanks to the uncanny resurrection powers of Orikan the Diviner, practically the entire unit returns to life. Overlord Joachim activates his warlord’s Veil of Darkness, warping his Warriors away and allowing them to cleanse the Tomb World of the Ork infestation with a barrage of fire.
